Installation conditions
Please open the packaging and place it horizontally in a natural or ventilated room, and try to lay it out after 48 hours.
The ground must have been leveled. Ground flatness: The slope should be less than 2mm within a distance of 1m (as shown in Figure 1). The ground must be dry, cured, flat, and clean.

PVC/WPC flooring can be installed on cement or tile floors, or directly on existing wooden floors, but cannot be installed on soft surfaces such as carpets.
PRE-INSTALLATION CHECK1. Determine how to lay the floor. Generally, long strip shaped flooring is laid parallel to the long side of the room, with exceptions depending on your preferences.
2. During the installation process, select flooring from several cardboard boxes to ensure a random appearance.
3. It is important to do some preliminary planning to avoid narrowing or shortening the width or length of the floor near the wall/door. Generally speaking, a whole floor is used near the door to make it look more beautiful; Calculate the width or length of the room, which may not be an integer multiple of the floor width; How many floors should be used to fill this area, and then the remaining space should be cut and filled with some boards (of course, the cutting of the floor should be done after measuring the actual size and drawing lines at the end).
4. Check the floor for any obvious damage or defects before installation; We will replace it for free if it is not cut in advance; Alternatively, you can use it at the corners near the end of the paving process (after selecting a well cut surface, it can be used perfectly).
Installation method 1. Cut the long and short tenons of the entire floor (as shown in Figure 2) and place them close to the wall (WPC floor can be directly against the wall without cutting). From inside to outside, align the second floor at an angle of 20-30 degrees (as shown in Figure 3) and insert it into the short slot of the first floor. After flattening downwards, apply a certain amount of force on the other end to make it fully and naturally fasten (as shown in Figure 4).

2. The last piece of the floor in the first row may need to be cut to length for assembly. Use a tape measure, ruler, and marker pen to mark it. For PVC flooring, use a ruler to assist a craft knife to draw a line on the surface of the floor with slight force, and then bend it down into two pieces; WPC flooring can be cut using a manual saw. Align and connect the last floor to the first row, then use a pull rod to gently tap in reverse on the first row to lock the entire row of floors and leave room for expansion when the last floor is against the wall. (As shown in Figure 4)

Figure 4
3. When laying the second row, the remaining board cut from the last piece of the previous row (not less than 1/3) can be used as the first piece of the second row, and the long male tenon can be inserted into the female groove of the first row. Hold the floor at an angle of 20-30 degrees and squeeze it inward and downward until it locks. You can also install it first

Install the short side and then lock the long side. And check if the floor is installed with the lock buckle in place. If it is not installed in place, it is necessary to gently lift the board and lock it again until it is completely locked in place. If the last piece of flooring needs to be cut, please use the last piece method in the first row of the exhibition for cutting and paving. (As shown in Figures 5 and 6)
4. Generally speaking, if it is not laid randomly, there are two relatively standard installation methods (Figure 7 and Figure 8):

Assembly
When laying the third row, the remaining board cut from the last piece in the previous row (not less than 2/3) can be used as the first piece in the second row. Please refer to the second row for paving.
5. Please follow the above method to pave the remaining space flooring in sequence. When the width of the last row of flooring is greater than the remaining space width, we use the tools mentioned above for auxiliary cutting.

6. The characteristic of PVC flooring/WPC flooring is that during installation, it can be installed with a tow bar or plastic block and a rubber hammer or hammer, especially in difficult to install areas such as the last row, under the door trim. Use a rubber mallet to strike
Lock it up. Cutting edges on the floor
Up, use the pull rod. (As shown in Figures 9 and 10)
Figures 11, 12, and 13
7. When pipes or other vertical objects pass through the floor, confirm whether the object is at the connection between two floors or passing through a whole floor, and carefully measure and cut it. If it is a pipeline or cylindrical object, use a drill bit or hole to expand the space by adding 1/2 inch (12.7mm) to the diameter of the pipeline or object. If it happens to be on the same floor, the floor needs to be divided and then it can be easily assembled. Please use high-quality building adhesive to apply to the edges of the activity block and fix it to the fixed block. (As shown in Figures 11, 12, and 13)
Skirting board or other accessories
Please use high-quality anchor wires or other transition accessories, which can be purchased at home centers and hardware stores. When installing accessories between walls and floors, between two rooms, or between other floor paving materials, they should be secure.
note 1. During the installation process, try to check whether each step of the installation is in place or qualified. If there are any errors, timely re paving is necessary to avoid spending a lot of time on rework.
2. When moving heavy items such as refrigerators, washing machines, etc., please use a cushion board (plywood) underneath to avoid scratching the floor.
3. When placing large and heavy household appliances or furniture, please use non dyed substrate pads underneath them.
4. The installation of PVC stone plastic lock flooring generally does not require knocking, and can be seamlessly pushed by hand; When installing WPC wood plastic lock flooring, excessive tapping force should be avoided. If installed too tightly, it will not only damage the floor, but also cause the floor to expand and curl at the joints in the later stage.
5. Special note: A radiant heating system can be installed under the floor, but it is necessary to ensure that the temperature of the floor contact surface does not exceed 29.44 degrees Celsius after the heating system is started. After installing the floor, the initial start-up of the underfloor heating system should ensure that the temperature does not exceed within 48 hours
21.44 degrees Celsius, and then gradually increase to the desired temperature (below 29.44 degrees Celsius). Because the temperature after starting the underfloor heating will affect the performance of wood and plastic. Expansion or contraction may occur at a certain temperature, and if no additional space is reserved, it may have adverse effects on the floor.
It is not recommended to use floor mats on floors with radiant heating systems.
Maintenance and upkeep work 1. Protect your floor by using chairs and furniture with felt or rubber pads on your feet as much as possible.
2. During and after the paving process, avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and close blinds or curtains during peak hours of sunlight.
3. Generally, you can move in 48 hours after the paving is completed. If you cannot stay temporarily, please keep the room ventilated.
4. Use a walking pad at the entrance to prevent dust and gravel from being carried onto the room floor.
5. For PVC/WPC flooring, waxing is not required. Daily maintenance only requires sweeping with a broom or wiping with a wet mop or towel; Do not use irritating cleaning agents or chemical solvents for cleaning.
Quality Assurance and Commitment 1. We guarantee that the product will not have any obvious defects during the production process, and once the probability of customers discovering defective products after purchase exceeds 3%, according to the statement of this clause, we will replace this part of the floor for you free of charge.
2. We will not be responsible for free replacement if the floor is damaged due to human factors during the installation process or if the floor maintenance is improper in the later stage.
0.5mm wear-resistant layer will enjoy limited lifetime household warranty/10-year light commercial warranty
0.3mm wear-resistant layer will enjoy a 30-year household floor warranty/5-year light commercial warranty
3. There may be a slight color difference between the floor and the sample (sealed sample), which is a common issue in industrial products. If the color difference exceeds 8%, it can be replaced or returned.
