3： After laying, it is necessary to wait for two days for the cement to naturally solidify, and then lay a layer of protective film on the floor to protect it from damage during the later construction process.

4： The same goes for wooden flooring. After laying it, there must be a protective film before proceeding with other projects. Wooden floors are more prone to scratches than ceramic tiles.

5： After the decoration is completed, when moving and placing furniture, care should also be taken not to bump it, otherwise replacing the tiles will be a very troublesome task.

Maintenance of wooden flooring

1： The problem of wet water

Nowadays, many solid wood floors have a waterproof layer applied to the surface of the floor during the production process. But we cannot let it evaporate just because we feel there is a waterproof layer when mopping the floor or when water is spilled. Be sure to use a clean dry cloth or mop to wipe off any water stains in a timely manner. When mopping the floor, be sure to wring out any excess water to ensure that there are no water marks left.

2： Regular waxing and maintenance

Waxing and maintenance at regular intervals can prevent solid wood flooring from cracking and maintain the glossiness and smoothness of the wood. However, it is necessary to clean the dust thoroughly before waxing.

3： The issue of scratches

Whether it is solid wood flooring or composite flooring, be careful not to be scratched by sharp objects, which not only affects the appearance but also easily causes problems such as floor cracking. Also, do not slide heavy items on the floor to avoid scratches. Items should be lifted and placed.

4： Avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight exposure

When laying wooden flooring under windows or in sunny areas, it is important not to expose it to direct sunlight for long periods of time in summer. If necessary, close curtains to cover it. Prevent floor aging and cracking.

5： Avoid high-temperature objects, such as boiling water bottles, pots with hot soup, etc.
